Summary: Inspector Akibara Shizuka got promoted. Her new position is nothing like she hoped it would be.
Torn between what she feels for both Kogami and Ginoza, Akibara is still trying to balance her unstable hue. Things will get even more complicated with the arrival of Division One's new Shepherd Two - young Inspector Tsunemori Akane.
This story follows the events from Psycho-Pass anime, season 1.

Due to lack of personnel, inspector Akibara Shizuka is changing Divisions. They say it's temporary, but she is seriously starting to doubt it. She is paired with inspector Ginoza Nobuchika, with whom she shares a strained relationship. Like that's not bad enough, she also works with her former CID partner, Kogami Shinya, now demoted to position of an enforcer, and things aren't going smoothly. Still, the biggest problem is her Hue, which is rapidly deteriorating. Despite having a pretty good ability - to influence its repair - her Psycho Pass is becoming seriously clouded. More than ever, she needs someone to replace her. Will she be able to save herself in time?Complete
