She kept her walls so high that no one could climb them. He built a fake personality to escape the trauma he was facing. She didn't bother to pick herself up because she was tired.....Fed up of having to fix her broken pieces every time someone hurt or left her. He was bothered by what people thought about him....so he tried to pretend everything was fine , nothing was sinister, everything was just delightful. It is not like she didn't try to change her attitude, she did, but she had been beaten too many times to mend. He knew how to fight for himself...he just preferred not too.
