It was a grand scheme, the date would be months before the King's coronation, said King would be under the watch of a trusted captain and second in command, secured from danger of any sort, taken in to see the four Kingdom's to the fullest before there was nothing to see at all.
   Everything was thought through, until it wasn't, come along a captain with an eye for beauty finding the King at a market during port, and his desire's to have him even if it killed him in the end. Taking the other away for his own amusement, Alfred now held in the other's hands with his fate sealed like a will, unable to find any way out. Unless, there's one way, with the Captain determined to take his heart.
   But what if there's more after that? The King crowned, now being forced into a loveless marriage with the Queen, and commotion stirring in the King's mind, consumed with guilt and no longer able to remain peaceful with such a living predicament.
    "You're crazy!"
    "Quite the contrary really."

So, to the point of this story; Arthur Kirkland and Alfred F. Jones were agents, working for a secret agency, and were lovers. Gilbert Beilshmidt also worked for the same agency, and needed a project to save his career. The agency was working to destroy the enemies from the inside out, while Manhattan was being destroyed, Alfred, Arthur and Francis were all on a mission together to gather information while the city was under attack. An accident occurs, tearing an agent's heart, saving a man's career, and putting a Hero together with Veins and Wires. Holy crap I hope that didn't suck. Anyway, please enjoy if you do decide to read. I do not own Hetalia or the characters or the pictures I may or may not use. I do own the plot line. He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary. America never really paid attention to the news, only Good Morning America, of course, but when the flooding and crippling storms started in the south and worked their way to D.C., he got nervous. There were warnings, scientists predicted the amount of blah, blah, science, science, random crap, big words. . . World catastrophe. The Storm. Bunkers and shelters were built, supplies were stocked, factories and farmers worked around the clock before the Storm could hit them. One might think the United States was prepping for war, and in a way, they were. They had to fight for their lives. Alfred is alone in a bunker, panicking for his people and brothers and the rest of the countries like Japan and Germany. He hears a distant muffled sound above the howling winds, a frightened little boy sits in the corner with an old stuffed bunny sucking his thumb. No one notices him. How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn.
