When thinking of people and elements. One is drawing power from a natural place.
Deriving in it, bringing knowledge from it, and showing mastery on it.
All thus from this showing, one can attain this willed power from 1 natural element to up to 4 natural elements.
Elements have caused will and knowledge to be used for strategies and ways of combat. Showing the many benifits that came like higher attack power of that native element and resist or immune defenses to that element as well. Showing that however came the negative sides to elements like being decreased in power and weakened to a certain element or causing no damage to one element.
As far as speed, endurance, strength, and power goes... high discipline surpasses the need here of them all. For what is wielding the elements without it?
The knowledge overtime wasn't only used for combat, but was used and inhibited passively as well. It allowed many things to be created within elemental areas like potion

"Upstairs!" I hear a yell and pounding footsteps. I crawl out of the window until I'm hanging from my hands. I take a breath. I let go. ~ Living in a small town with a single mother, Mia Glenn never expected anything special to come of her life. She never thought she would go on an adventure as harrowing as the stories she read. Until one day she narrowly avoids being kidnapped, discovering in the same day a whole new universe that she is supposedly a part of. As she navigates the elven world of Earthe with the help of a particularly attractive elf boy, she learns secrets about her identity and her father's, of whom she believed had ditched her and her mom at an early age. Soon Mia discovers that peace isn't as easy as it seems, and while Earthe may be beautiful, there are dark parts that are creeping back to the light. Even in a world of perfect beings such as elves, lies can be spun as precisely as an arrow can pierce a target, and evil can sneak up on you when you least expect it. Mia is used to reading about this kind of stuff, not living it. Safe to say she finds herself in one hell of an adventure. - - TW: if you need a tw for fighting, violence, weapons, blood, death, etc. I would read with caution (I don't get into any gory details, but there are scenes w/ this) I will put tw's for the more violent scenes.Complete
World's Collide
(Btw, I am really bad at summary's but here goes nothing!) In a separate dimension, much different then ours, lives a land called Elementia. Elementia is a place where every element of different kinds, live in pure harmony. Each element live in different towns, controlling their majors and helping other dimensions, such as ours, live. They control our winds and our seas. They deliver newborn trees and creatures of the wilderness. And they bring the least bits of purity to all lands in each Dimension and Galaxy. Everything was bliss, cheerful, and active, until Queen Europhia, Queen of all elements combined, announced a strange and dark presence approaching their land. She called the most powerful elementals of Elementia to fight off the darkness that approach their land. Five brave souls will come front and figure out the troubles of what their land might fight. Will they win or will they lose? (How was that? Anyway, in some parts of the story, I will add your own characters if you want. Just so you know, the 5 souls are - Nature and shadows, ice and water, fire and time, moon/darkness and wind, sun/light and lightning, time. I was think of letting in your elementals (oc) to make the story more interesting. If you wanna add your own character in, just private message me and I'll see. The Realm On this world there are many continents,and large islands surrounded by vast oceans.with an assortment of species,Humans, Dwarves,and Elves. There are also Goblins,Trolls,and Dragons,tho dragons haven't been seen for a thousand years.wizards,witches,mages are also in this world and from all species. The Realm is but part of a large continent.with vast forests, huge mountain ranges ,and large plains.many lakes,rivers and streams,are scattered throughout the Realm. The original inhabitants of The Realm were Elves,(true bloods), their called,live in the Golden forest North east of the humans capital, called Aster. They keep mostly to them selves and the outside world.there are other tribes of elves known as half-breeds,they live as nomads and trade often with the other civilized people of the Realm,and many live in the cities and towns with humans.

(Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.Complete
