It's 1947 or 2047 I can't remember.

"The streets of London is a white bliss of dirty accommodation for the poor and a foot rest for the rich."

After World War I a mysterious scientist turns over the Great Depression and creates The Great Revolution Of Technology. Creating machines out of this world that was ahead of it's time which lead to a massive rift in the world, splitting it into two sides.

One side rebukes the alien technology, claiming it tarnishines their humanity while the other embraces change desperately wanting a more developed future.

Naturally each side resents each other both fighting a silent war and what's a better way to fight a war quietly than assassinating each other?

Aiko is a wanted assassin and Detective Jeremy has to suffer the consequences.
