The World in which Magic Doesn't Exist

On a lonely day in the hat shop, Sophie Hatter sits down and writes a book in which magic doesn't exist. In which the Witch of the Waste doesn't frighten people. In which Howl is just a normal person like everyone else.

Meanwhile, Howl is sitting in his castle, writing a book in which he never became a wizard. In which he was a normal, blonde, beautiful boy.

What if a little magic isn't so bad, though? Sophie begins to find chapters that she didn't write in her book, and Howl's chapters keep disappearing. Maybe the magic bringing these two together isn't so bad after all.
