While sending out a test batch a driver takes the drug, instantly the substance takes affect. And he crashes the truck carrying the drugs off a bridge into the main water supply of Los Angeles. Anyone who consumes the water there from out will suffer the same affects the driver did, turning grey, becoming aggressive and having a all new taste for human flesh. How will the trio cope with there all new found situation in a country they've never been to? And how will they escape the city?
