What happens the new town doctor in Warrenton, Oregon turns out to be a serial killer?
Lance Carter had lived in Warrenton his entire life. The small town was nice and cozy. Everyone knew each other and nothing went wrong in the town without everyone knowing. In mid-July of 1972, the town got a pleasant surprise when Arlene King and her brother Vernon moved in to be the town doctor. They seemed like a nice bunch but, once the neighboring towns reported multiple missing people after they moved in, rumors started flying.
