If you like things such as Overloard, SAO, or Reincarnated as a Slime, then this might be right up your alley. If you like stories where you follow the antagonist, this definitely is up your alley. The first part of this is a condensed version of half the events of how Sky began to gain power. The next part (starting at MC Meets MC) will be the isekai! Of course there's an isekai and will contain the meat of the story for awhile and takes on a new perspective through Lyra. With the Nerve Gear, a helmet that stimulates the user's five senses via their brain, players can experience and control their in-game characters with their minds. Both the game and the Nerve Gear were created by a South Korean gaming company Nexon. The Real of Fela is home to numerous guilds where wizards apply their magic for paid job requests. 300,000 players log into ROF's mainframe cyberspace for the first time, only to discover that they are unable to log out. The creator of the game says that there is only one way the players can be set free however, the message is hidden in the game. Those who suffer in-game deaths or forcibly remove the Nerve Gear out-of-game will suffer real-life deaths.
