This story features Chase who has a bad personality disorder. He has obsession to stalk, a need to kill, manipulate and charm everyone.
On the outside he looks like a good normal neighbour, on the inside, he keeps tabs of all his neighbours and kills them one by one.
In order to hide his true self from everyone he has to constantly keep a fake version of himself and change like a chameleon to fit in with society.
