Siv Johannsen is a girl living in a post-nuclear-war Hong Kong. And while the top of the city thrives in these troubling times, the lower part is ravaged by crime, rain and a disease that tears through families. But a group of rebels are fighting back against the regime that terrorizes the lower part. And after helping them enter a medical center Siv is brought into a fight she never thought she would ever be in, or want to be in.
And while the doctor and the asssassin of the group make her life easier the easily offended cook and the charismatic leader are giving her more trouble than she was ready for.

In the Mansions
My friends and I role play a lot in this website called chatzy.com. We have this whole world mapped out based on the Hunger Games. We live in two mansions. One is the main mansion, where we all used to live until it got really crowded, and then the second mansion belongs to Gracie. Her mansion is by a waterfall, just a ten minute walk away. Most of us have super powers. I mean, if the Capitol can make mutts, surely we can give ourselves super powers. Gracie has black wings, Talia has super speed, Chris has super strength, Derrick can make himself invisible. Nina can make herself invisible and make force fields too. We all have issues here. Sierra doesn't talk. Chris is a germaphobe. Chase cuts himself. We all have reasons for running away from the districts and the Capitol, but we've all found sanctuary here. This is the second book of our adventures, a sequel to Outside the Districts.Complete
