So one day she was practicing how to use her powers and while she was doing that batman said "nice job kid" "thanks" she said and with that batman took her in and he adopted her and she met all the other heros through him. kid Scarlett has super speed,she has telekinesis and ice powers . she has this doll with her at all times because it helps her stay calm and she's faster than kid flash and flash himself. She has to go train at first with flash in order to control her powers .
