Virgil hates his life. He wishes things were different for him, but at the same time he thinks he deserves to suffer. He had a cruddy childhood with parents who didn't love him, and he had no friends. Everyone makes fun of him because of how beaten and scrawny he is, he even has a school bully. That's what a normal kid/teenager's life should be like in his eyes. One day, he decides to give up. He decides to jump from the school roof- which is at least 8 storys high, so everyone could see what they do to him. He looked out at the view and sighed. Just to think it will all be over soon. He took one last look then got on the railing. He leaned out and fell. 

                              But then.....

*Completed* Virgil Bell lives in a small village and has a normal life, and he was fine with that. His father is a scientist and inventor, and even though not all the villagers like Virgil he doesn't care. He thought his only problem would be dealing with Lukas Gaston, the only other gay man in his village his age, but his life is turned upside down when he volunteers to take his fathers place as a prisoner in a castle that belongs to a beast.
