"Why are we called the Techno Bandits?" Pitch asked. I shrugged. "Its just our thing" I said.
The Techno Bandits were betrayed by one of their own. They found out that they were tricked into working for an evil organization called MESA. They decided to do everything they could to stop the evil organization MESA from assassinating anyone else. They nearly get killed trying to do it but in the end they're stronger and they start their own organization, SAW.

But she's not the only one, there are nine others supposed to be besides her; two of which never made it past their mother's womb and one who's incompatible. What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up.
