I'd also like to mention that I've been trying to shift for over a year now and haven't found much that has worked, I don't experience many symptoms ever really, I decided to start this diary to document my experiences and give you a first hand insight into what it's like to go on this shifting journey, the highs and the lows and give you the full picture unlike a lot of what you see on tiktok, insta, amiibo etc
