How can you be sure you are going to heaven? Are you able to defend your faith according to 1 Peter 3:15? Do you have to choose between science and following the word of God? Is the Old Testament still relevant? Why believe in Christianity over other religions? Is mental illness caused by spiritual forces?

If you've ever wondered as a Christian about these questions and others, this book may help you!

While this is a book made for Christians, people of all beliefs (and lack thereof) are welcome! And anyone is free to submit questions or DM me privately.

"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give an defense to anyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear..."

Through this work Andréa Maquelviski shows that when you decide to enter the path of God, your self-knowledge automatically begins, awakening your conscience even more. God offers full self-knowledge that you won't find anywhere else. The abandonment of your old self and the beginning of a new road in search of the One who has always been, is and will be with you eternally. We just need to awaken and enter the path is awakening. Bon voyage! How I Found God is a personal account of the trajectory of the search and encounter with God, however, much more than talking about religion, it is going beyond. To go beyond yourself is to find yourself in God. A search, a path, an encounter, a reunion and a rebirth. It is the certainty of correct choices, of self-knowledge without makeup, masks or magic formulas. It is the achievement of walking that leads to the transcendental. That starts with simple everyday choices that will lead you to chaos or raise your level of consciousness, making you understand who you really are and who God is. Resignations, questions, doubts, problems, everyone knows that this is part of the path, it is the necessary polishing for an encounter with yourself and God, there is no way to escape this, unless you want to close your eyes and let your life pass by. in blank. It is when you and God merge into one heart, free from prejudices, ties, judgments, anything or thought that spoils this union. For God, there is no color or race, nothing, that cannot reach Him. His merciful heart welcomes ALL those who desire a sincere encounter with Him. This is more than a calling, it is an invitation to love!

Why do so many people on this planet believe in a divine being? Is it even sensible to believe in one? With increasing progression in human knowledge of the natural world around, there seems little reason to believe in a divine being. With this, the pressure increases on both the agnostic and Christian to abandon their search for the answer. Yet on the other front, the Christian also begins to face the rise of old enemies that once plagued Christian orthodoxy. Similar to its predecessor, this book and its compilation of themed articles addresses the issues in the logic, philosophy and thoughts of Christianity from a layperson point of view. Some of these articles serve to expand and clarify the points raised in its predecessor, and some on completely new topics. Yet unlike the predecessor, this book focuses more on the doctrine and basis of Orthodox Christian beliefs and how Christians can apply them to everyday life through articles that are once again, academic, reflective, and argumentative. Just like 'A Practical Guide to the Logic, Philosophy, and Thoughts of Christianity', this book is the result of a single individual's search for God. It promises to be challenging and thought provoking for the genuinely open-minded and interested. Even so, the articles are at best 'arm-chair theology' and are therefore meant to be easily understood by any interested agnostic and Christian with a slow yet provocative push into the basis of Christianity and her doctrines.

Why do so many people on this planet believe in a divine being? Is it logical to believe in one? There are so many claims by so many religions, so which is real and logical? Religious sects cannot even agree amongst themselves on doctrines, how can there be a One true divine being then? Why do Christians believe this? Can 'evolution' and 'God' co-exist? This book uses logic and modern day examples to explain the numerous questions that may flood atheists, agnostics and Christians alike. The first section deals with the logic of a divine being, the second deals with specific issues in Christianity, and the third section contains some of the personal psalms and reflections on things that a Christian might face and struggle. Each section contains a collection of articles, some academic, some reflective, and some argumentative. As society progresses in the direction of science and technology, logic and scientific validation plays an increasing role in everyday thought processes. In the scientific and logical world, religion, faith, and beliefs get continuously challenged. Many once-faithful Christians may begin to question their Christian beliefs, or get confused on the validity of the numerous doctrines and teachings of various Christian sects. Similarly, the agnostic is thrown into confusion amongst the claims of many religions and their sects on the 'Truth'. On the other end of the spectrum, the hard-core atheist begins to question the intelligence of more than 50 % of the world population that believe in some sort of divine being(s). The book utilizes logical arguments, and expositions of modern day examples in hopes to bring a clearer picture to issues dealing with a divine creator, the search for the truth, and certain issues in Christianity.

The Ramblings of A Sometimes Psychopath

1 part Complete

This is a book I wrote to my future grandchildren that is full of short stories about my life and the lessons I learned along the way. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1 with psychotic episodes when I was 37 years old. I want my grand children to hear my stories from my point of view. In this book, I talk about my childhood abuse and trauma. I talk about how I have healed from them. I talk about how my mother-in-law tried to poison me on my wedding night even though I was about 8 months pregnant. I talk about how my religious ideations during my episodes caused me to stop praying to Jesus, to stop being a Christian, and to become spiritual instead of religious. I talk about the revelations and visions I had during my mania and psychosis so my future grandkids can look into my mind to see what I was going through at the time. I was built by trauma and laughter. I am looking for some constructive criticism, but I have had enough negativity in my life and so have you. Please be kind.
