"Sunflowers for brains" is a collection of beginner poetry from an early stage of my adolescent years of life. A journey through my struggle with mental health issues is put into words to try and motivate or inspire other people. We are not alone.

This is a small collection of poems that I have compiled over the years starting at age 15 stemming from my own personal experiences and observations of the world around me. I am hoping in the future for this to become a book. Like a sunflower will she blossom to her full beauty or will she stay in her shell read to find out.
