Soo-Yun watched as the regent dashed up the stairs to fetch an umbrella for Prince Taehyung, leaving her alone with the prince in the car. The silence between them was unnerving, almost unbearable.

Prince Taehyung's gaze bore into her, a flicker of anger in his eyes.

"Do you like him?"

Soo-Yun turned from the window, bewilderment etched on her face.

"Do you have feelings for my regent?" he pressed, his tone sharp.

Soo-Yun's expression turned to one of shock as she shook her head.

"There's something between you two. What is it?" the prince demanded, crossing his arms.

Soo-Yun swallowed hard. 

"Sir, there's nothing between me and your regent," she insisted.

The prince continued to scrutinize her until the car door finally opened. The regent stood outside, holding the prince's umbrella.
