Leilani Madeline Luna A. was deeply unhappy or depressed and likely to commit suicide, but she pretended to be okay in front of people she loved, even though her mind was completely in chaos. She started depressed when she was 15, and now she's still depressed when she was already 20, and she was a first-year college student in a public school. Her depression started when her parents divorced and her friends betrayed her, so she decided to be alone and not want friends in college, but there was a boy named Nora Sebastian Elias who was his classmate, and Nora wanted to be close to Leilani. Somehow, Nora didn't know that Leilani was just pretending to be okay and trying to commit suicide every day, but always failed, and she went to school like nothing happened and smiled at Nora and asked him how was his day.. Her brows furrowed. "You look like you have something specific you wanna ask me." The tips of Liam's ears turned red at Emma's very accurate observation. "I, uh... I usually just bullshit my way through projects, so I have no idea what the hell I'm doing." The corners of Emma's lips formed a small smile. Liam arched his brow. "What are you smiling at?" Her smile widened. "Nothing." Ever since Emma started going to Silver Creek High, she's been bullied over her discolored eyes. It all started when a boy brought attention to her in biology class one day, laughing at her and calling her a "freak" while the rest of the class laughed along with him. And it isn't long till Riley does drown herself among those gray memories, shutting and shunning the world forever, in a place too far to reach. She is already so gone, that every one of her friends and family are very close to giving up, and on each tick of the clock Riley is close to letting go. "You. Have. A. Crush?" one of my best friends looked at me like I was some kind of an alien from outer space. The shock on her face made me regret telling this to her. I then gave her a sheepish smile but honestly, I despised that look on her face or on anybody's face. Hey! I'm a person too. Am I not allowed to have a crush?! "Oh shut up and let her finish!"
