My name is Aviva McAllister.

Aside from the fact that I've been fending for myself since I was fourteen. Dropping out of school, running away from foster homes, becoming the most feared girl on the streets? 

That was my life until my annoying older brother who I thought was dead is really alive and saved me from being bitten by a werewolf. Figures, he couldn't even make scrambled eggs without the kitchen catching a fire. Now he's saving me from werewolves? What a relief. Note the sarcasm.

I'm sixteen now and starting my junior year of high school. Sounds easy right? But being a normal teenage girl in this town isn't as easy as I thought. With gangs and vampire armies breaking out? A blast from the past?

Let's not forget to mention that I kill supernatural creatures under The Council. What's The Council? You'll find out soon. Oh by the way! I live in a house with three other teenagers. That happen to all be guys.
