"Fire. Destruction. Death. That's what everyone thinks when they see me. And why not? What else would I be?" Ryfe, the typical, fire-breathing, village-plundering dragon, wasn't always like this. Once, he was gentle, kind, caring even. Once, he loved - a forbidden, reckless love. But it was love. And, for those precious few years, she was his. He thought she would never be anyone else's. How wrong he was. The wandering nomads, despised and abhorred by many, came and took her. She was gone. And Ryfe's heart broke. He vowed never to love again, throwing himself into the dark and bitter pit known as revenge. He vowed never to let anyone into his heart again. How far gone is too far gone? __ A medieval fantasy with lots of angst, broken hearts, and broken love. Enjoy! :)
