Arthur x Tessia fan fiction -: A promise broken
what if when Arthur returns from Alacrya and Tessia was always there cold and ruthless nothing like the girl he promised to ? In the wake of a devastating war, Arthur Leywin, once a hero and the future of Dicathen, has returned from Alacrya-now a man transformed. Gone is the boy Tessia once knew, replaced by the figure of Lance Godspell, a god-like savior hailed by the people for his victories over the Taci and alliances with the very people who destroyed her home. The kingdom celebrates his return, but Tessia can't bring herself to rejoice. At least he wishes it was her, but, alas, it's a different childhood friend. Unable to kill Cecilia once more and refusing to cause harm to Tessia's body, Arthur does the only thing left: he whisks Cecilia away.
