Loki is not the only son of Laufey!  But, he has felt like it ever since he found out.  So, when his brother, Prince Helbindi, literally arrives on the doorstep of Avengers Tower, Loki gets sucker punched.  Especially when his brother turns out to be a man Steve Rogers thought was dead: Heinz Kruger!  Anger towards the prince for killing his friend, and brilliant scientist, Dr. Abraham Erskine, quickly comes to the surface; and Helbindi has to navigate the risky waters of a brotherly relationship, and vengeful anger.
So, things quickly go south when his and Loki's older brother: the spiteful and wicked, Prince Giamarr, arrives on Midgard, and targets Loki as a means of paying the honorable Helbindi back.  Helbindi confronts the demons of his past: the painful dealings with his father, losing his mother, and his accidental abandoning of the infant Loki.  The Avengers (minus Emerald and Clint) must help Steve and Helbindi put aside their differences, help Loki and Helbindi figure out where they stand, and stop a Frost Giant prince from exacting his revenge against both his brothers.All Rights Reserved

Harley took over being Spider-Man as the 'Golden Spider'. Civilians still missed the old Spidey and because of this Harley hates Peter and constantly bullies him. Then HYDRA attacked and Peter helped in the battle even though he wasn't allowed to. Harley got mad and mocked Peter for 'stealing his spotlight'. At this point Loki has had enough. He attacks Harley only to make things worse for Peter since Mr Stark has seen what happened, just the way Harley wanted him to.
