I thought I was a normal girl. I went to school, had my best friend with me all the time, played video games... All the normal things kids do. I just never expected my life to turn around in a blink of an eye. Everything I knew and loved just seemed to have ceased to exist, and I was forced to live in a whole other world that was not my own. My own stupid choices caused everything to happen, sometimes I wished I didn't choose to do this. But sometimes, I'm glad I did.

Growing up, my Mother taught me to always look on the bright side of things. To keep my mind positive. Since she isn't around anymore I've had my mind set on opposing everything my childhood has been. With Boy troubles, graduation and no plans for the future whatsoever, my best friend and I set out to find what every teenager seeks. The place that would feel like home. And maybe, just maybe I would find it where I had left it all these years ago. My heart made of stone, my mind gone, I stumble head first into the life of my father and a bunch of heartbreakers, that may or may not be my worst nightmare come to life. but you know, what can you do.

There are things in this world. Things that you see ever day. But your brain doesn't exactly register what they really are. You see them as normal. Pass by them, not giving them a second thought. Little did you know that they hold the key to the world. To another world. A world that is hidden from mortal view. A world that is full of terror and destruction. There are reasons that these things are hidden. Hidden from plain sight. Out of mind for mortals. The main reason is that it's an easy way for them to die.

We all know the classic story of how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles came to be. But this is a different turn to the Turtles. One death turns all of the Turtles lives upside down and just when you think everything will get back to "normal". Everything just get worse. Loss. Despair. New friends. And worst of all. Betrayal.

I was a near enough normal kid. Despite being British and an amnesiac, I fit in pretty well in normal life in New York... Until she came. Without warning, I'm taken from my school and thrown into a world that is unknown to me. It might be my past, but I can't be sure... and all I've got for reassurance is a stranger's word that I'll be safe. It's the biggest adventure of my life as far as I know, and it's about to get a whole lot bigger. I may not know who I am, but some people do. And they're out to get me.

I didn't think, why would I when rarely anything bad happened or any repercussions were given. I was the princess after all, the heiress to my father's pack. Life mostly consisted of me running behind idiots who I call my friends. I mostly spent my time sorting out issues, problems and I usually had a very eventful life because of my choice of friends. I had settled down and all was fine when something from the past came up, something that threatened to destroy all of us.

In a regular normal day people are going to work, going to school, going out to eat, or even sitting at home relaxing. Not having to worry about anything. While across the world something is going terribly wrong. When the sickness has a major outbreak and spreads all across the world, the world seems to change. Everyone you ever love is infected. With death around every corner, it's up to a group of survivors to be the last ones standing. Will they make it out alive? Or will they die trying?
