This is the first story I have ever written and finished. 

Ruby is a young girl who has had a rough life. He dad disappeared when she was young, and her town is a waste land. She was born with two genetic mutation(read to find them out). 
She is the oldest child in her family, 17, and her little brother, Norman, 14. He's mute. Both are very into engineering.

All in all, Ruby has to save her town from it's government, will you come along for the ride?
