"Yes I think so, why?" I answer honestly to see his reaction. The moment he heard 'yes', he releases a deep exasperated sigh. He clenched his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose and took another breath. It's not what he wanted to hear, I see.

"Naomi, trust me on this one...please don't. Please don't date him...and marry him...and get pregnant with his child...please please please don't!" he starts begging and holds my hands together in a desperate attempt to get his point through. Marry?...Pregnant?...the hell? Can he tell the future or something?

I yank my hands from his hold and scowl, "And why shouldn't I?"

"Because...I..uhm..because...HEYYY do you like Mikey?"

"Mikey?" I questioned. Now what does Mikey have to do with this?

"Yes Mikey. You know, I think Mikey is a better choice ne Naomi. Chifuyu is my friend and all but Mikey will surely take care of you!" he exclaimed nervously.

So he doesn't want me and Chifuyu to be together but he would allow me and Mikey?

"So what's wrong with Chifuyu? Is something bad going to happen if I end up with him?" I tilt my head.

He gulps as he searches for an excuse in his head.

"I...uh..forgot you were smart..I-"

"Is there something you are hiding, Takemichi?"
