"Japanese to English Title Translated - Worry Not (Worry Not - Your Heart Is Mine"

Zoro faces problems - mental health problems after Luffy nearly dies in combat. He's left broken in a way. Anxious and distrustful until a certain blonde comes in to fix that. Sanji realises Zoro's problems. And, being that Zoro is his (secret) best friend, Sanji refuses to let him suffer. Time spent around each other turns into love before Sanji and Zoro realise it, and soon it's too late to back out.

However, love isn't the one-shot ride the two thought it'd be. They struggle with problems like infectious (love) diseases and stalkers, which make their relationship ware. But love resides over all, as Sanji (the pervert) would put it, but truth be told, not even he is sure of the statement he'd held onto so dearly.

However, it has been edited (smoke, text, blur, shadows etc.) I also don't own One Piece or any of its characters. I also don't own the rights to this anime. If I did, it'd be worst than the 4Kids dub. This story will also occur before the 2-year time skip and doesn't include characters after the Alabasta arc. (I haven't got that far in the anime.)
