Damon and Elena are certain that it's because of the cure that they took and it went into Stefanie's blood while she was in Elena's womb. Bonnie has tried everything she can to make their daughter human but no such luck. Since Stefanie's blood is half, literally, it makes her weak. She needs to drink lots of blood in order to stay alive and everyday of their lives Damon and Elena are scared that they are going to lose their daughter for good. Will Stefanie ever become human or is she stuck like this forever?
