JJ is struggling with her burning desire for Emily Prentiss, while currently filing for divorce with Will and she is staying in a small apartment while she looks for houses, Emily knows about the divorce because she's JJ's best friend but what she doesn't know the full truth of is why. JJ told Will that she was gay and has not been happy with him for a long time, he hated that. Emily is struggling because she has liked her best friend for years but for one they work together and second she was married to a man with a child.
