This is a collection of some poems and short stories that I've written. This was actually an assignment in class, but I thought I wanted to share it with everybody. (I'm really sorry, I'm not very good with writing poems and I can only write in repetition.) In this collection, I will be writing about the things that I see around me, or the things that I feel at the moment, so I will tend ramble a bit. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Hey guys, this is my first try. This book is a collection of poems. It's a piece of me, a quiet mix of thoughts, memories, and small truths about family. It's not perfect. It's not all happy, either. But it's real. ----- These poems talk about distance, growing up, silence, and the little things that stay with us even when we try to move on. Some of it might feel heavy, some might feel calm, just like family does sometimes.
