Alek lives a good life. He's the son of the mayor in Puerto Princesa wealthy, privileged, and used to getting everything he wants. But behind the comfort and luxury is a boy who grew up rebellious and lost. He failed school multiple times, kept repeating grades, and had no clear path in life.

Then he met Shin.

A simple boy whose only wish is to get through the day enough food to share with his grandparents, and a bit of allowance for school. Quiet, hardworking, and content with little.

Their friendship changed everything.

Through helping Shin from small things like biscuits to providing everything he needed-Alek found something he never had before: direction. And in trying to lift someone else up, he slowly discovered his own sense of purpose.

While Alek helped Shin survive each day, Shin helped Alek find a reason to live with meaning.
