Riveyuh is just your average book loving, tea drinking, loud music loving girl until she stumbles into a bookstore like no other. It is owned by a mischievous woman who sets her on a journey inside of the world of middle earth after being sucked into one of her all time favorite books.

There she meets Thranduil who is cold, lonely, and secretly desperate for companionship. Riveyuh's father has been attempting to marry her off to Legolas for years, but the two have never met. That is until he sends her, accompanied by her brother and sister, to Mirkwood. The King soon decides that if anyone will love her, it will be him, but can he truly bring himself to love someone again? And can she see past what the King has become and see that the playful young elf he once was is still hidden there underneath?

And if they do fall in love, can she leave her regular mortal life behind outside of the book to be with him or will she feel the need to return home to all that she holds dear?

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
