America is sick of being mocked by everyone, including England, he can't believe that his big brother would be so mean. It drives him over the edge and he becomes cold and isolated, starts to invade the other counties and is feared by all. Expect his big brother. After things get out of hand England casts a spell to make his little brother forget the pain he has caused him, but it doesn't go to plan....in fact, it probably made things even worse.
