The story starts off, as Spartan #117 better known as Master Chief takes down the Covernant Mothership and sacrifices himself for the greater good of the UNSC.
 
He later finds himself reincarnated as Izuku  Yagi the son of the #1 Hero Allmight & #6 Green Telek. He found out that he was Quirkless but was born with Bones as strong as the strongest Metal on Earth and skin 5 times as strong a a Rhinos Hide.

He is Neglected by his Parents and Bullied by his twin sister (Izumi Yagi) and Ex-Friends Katsuki & Katsumi Bakugo and Shoto & Shoka Todoroki.
