Russ was your average Warhammer 40K fan, spent way to much on the figures and had set up a room to paint and use the figures. It got to a point to where his house was covered from the roof to foundation was covered in 40K, His girlfriend left him after he took more and more time to work on his collection.
On a certain Monday on his way back from a 40K convention carrying new Ork figures he was blinded by truck light barreling towards him.
Russ: "WHAT!? Fly you fool!" (Managed to barely dodge the oncoming truck) "Ha! Not today, Not Tod-(Crushed by falling piano) (Last breath): M-M-My C-Collection!"

The Ark Of War Begins, and with it, the Pendulum swings... And you are the Catalyst. Yes, I am not good at book covers. Though it mainly covers the organizational structure and workings of things within the 'New' Imperium, there is some knowledge inscribed within by the Emperor (Y/n) himself, complete with eyewitness accounts. Imperial Professors at the Schola Progenium have concluded that this Archive is not appropriate for younger audiences due to the excess bloodshed recorded within eyewitness accounts. Viewer discretion advised and enforced by the Inquisition's Ordo Scriptus (Monitors Imperial Records and Communiques), Ordo Scriptorum (Oversees Imperial Historical Records), and Ordo Redactus (Responsible for Classified documents and history of the Inquisition).
The Gruefall Crisis. A WH40K Story.
The year is M42. Roboute Guilliman's Indomitus crusade is in full force. Deep with in Segmentum Pacificus a tide of green flesh painted in deathskulls' blue are stirring, preparing to strike at the fifth most important drydock within the galactic sector. A system the Imperium of Man cannot lose, for the price of a system like this falling into xenos hands are better left to the imagination. Every man, woman and child will fight and work in order to stave of this invasion. While a small group of the Deathwatch Astartes has been sent to aid them. The Orks are not as dim as they seem though, so the fighting will be brutal and the collateral damage high but one thing stands above all. Gruefall cannot fall. Also it is my first ever writing project so be kind :).
