It's 2015. All people care about anymore are cell phones and technology and everything else.
What happened to books?
When two friends in High school go the library to check something out, They find a book. A book they haven't seen in three years. "The Outsiders." Gabi checks it out to bring back memories. While Sydney and Gabi were searching on their phones for stuff from "The Outsiders," and found a whole fandom full of it. While they were looking, they found a pledge, thinking that nothing would happen, they took it.
They were transported into the book. Greasers and Socs still at war. On their journey into this crazy world, they find love.
They soon realize the way to get back to their universe. But love is tempting as they don't want to leave.
They realize that they have to choose between life and love.
A teen fanfiction that will show that books are empowering.
