A race of monstrous creatures hellbent on the destruction of the inhabitants of Remnant itself. Dark, soulless, monstrous but cunning and adaptive... 

And yet... 

Despite all these threat, Remnant is plagued by corruption, criminality, discrimination, abuse, neglect and are self absorbed and uncaring... 

The potential to work together but too stubborn in their flaws for the greater good of all... 

Maybe... 

The only to save them is to join the minds of many.... 

They are here to save you... 

To nurture you on a peaceful and prosperous life... 

They are not hurting you but incur their wrath and you shall suffer... 

They are the Kaorti... 

They are the last hope of Remnant... 

In their own view actually... 

But really, they are alien invaders from another dimension, trying to corrupt anyone to become them, thinking that it is the only for peace...

However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it?
