a lost lineage (male reader x rwby)

My first story on Wattpad, so id like to say hello to anyone reading this. I have been diving into rwby fanfics recently and was inspired to make my own. And in the lore of rwby, the king of vale caught my eye the most, so I'm going to do a lineage piece. You, the reader, know your heritage fully but don't want to reveal it yet, out of fear for others less than yourself. However, that doesn't stop you from dressing like a knight and having a cape. Easy to say few would be surprised.

As of this moment, I do not know who the main love interest will be. It will not be Ruby, though, as I don't need the FBI at my door! Later in the story, after enough characters are introduced, I will hold a vote at a critical moment to make that choice, or maybe in the bio, you'll see all vote before I even have the first chapter out, lol.

I'm so sorry if I accidentally took your idea or got close. So far, I have not come across any that even talk about the old king of Vale. If theirs is a plot point in the story that seems like I stole it, then call me on it. That is the last of my intentions, and I will either take it out or give you all the credit for the segment.

and before I forget, I don't own the art or story of rwby. All of that belongs to its creators. I just want to write my first fanfic for fun

But most of all, please be kind. I want to correct errors if and when I make them but don't belittle me for them. If you see a mistake, call it out, and as soon as I can get to the error ill get to fixing it.
