The Loss

After moving around a lot, it's just Marella and her Aunty living at home in Houston. When they had got settled in, Marella's aunty informed her that she would be sending her away for four months to work in London. She goes to France when things get out of hand. When she gets at her Uncle's house, she finds herself in an awkward situation because they don't know each other. She realises that her Uncle is a complete moron. She also realises that she only knows a little French and is having trouble fitting in. Marella begins her new school, which has completely gone wrong. She runs across the school's queen bees as well as the school's hottest guy, who may be her lover or enemy. Will she go home telling her friends how she loved her time in France or not?
