I, Ulrich Neumann, the Organization Personification of the United Nations, Successor to the League of Nations, pledge to not record any lies within my manuscripts; therefore anything which has not been completed is under inquiry of its accuracy.

I shall arrange the countries by alphabetical orders. And as a foreword, the aliases of the personified members and observers of the United Nations, otherwise known as The High Prosopons, would be listed.
