Zeus, a Siberian Rottweiler, is separated from his sister Hazel. he gets adopted, while Hazel is left in a small box on Agatha Rossi's front porch. Overtime Zeus's owner, Serena, finds herself a boyfriend, Gray. He hates dogs, and is jealous of Zeus when Serena pays more attention to her dog who she's known longer than her boyfriend, who wants to get rid of her dog. Zeus goes missing and wanders off into the forest, where he stumbles across Freya.
