Kiedis Balzary (25), gets abducted by the US government to be turned into a war machine but things go wrong when the experiment fails and Kiedis Balzary turns on the government who has caused him experimental torture and uncovers a series of lies by the very government that swore to protect his countries people.

This story is set in the future world in 3237, where a genetic mutation has arisen within the human gene system. This genetic mutation is called an Evolution. These Evolutions allow for those who carry them, Evol's, to be smarter, stronger, faster, and more aware than their more human counterparts. They also have special abilities that the new world has deemed dangerous. McKenna is an Evol caught in the mix.
