As James looked up to the second floor window to the next door neighbors house, he could see the familiar outline of curly black hair, and if he looked closer he could see a beautiful light shade of blue eyes looking back at him.

Over all a happy ending. Sirius and regulus move next to James and they start going to the same school as him, Remus, Peter, and a few others. All the while he befriends Sirius he grows an increasing fascination with his younger brother. But he has been beginning to notice something off with their parents.
