The Sanctum is an antigovernment coalition camp in an area of the country known as "The No-Go Zone", lead by an arriviste leader. 

This tight-knit community is arduous to find and almost impossible to escape from. Almost.

But a revolution is silently unfolding in what remains of the country after a catastrophic war, at the hands of a teenager and her 8 year old sister.
