Hello! I am Emily Smith and I have been practising curative hypnotherapy for 9 and half years. Recently I have started writing free induction scripts. These will help you release stress and soothe your body. 

Precautions-
Make sure that you are relaxed in a comfortable place and make sure that your body is supported as to not fall due to relaxation in the induction

This book is something which came out of that stillness, and held within it is an attempt to point towards whatever this is that I have discovered as myself.
