He already had people inserted up his ass all day long anyway. 

'How are you going to defeat He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named?'

'Can I get your autograph?'

'Oh Merlin! It's Harry Potter!'

So what if he was a little distant. 

He was still the same person. 

The same Harry. 

His friends seemed to disagree. 

So where else to find comfort?

Harry would have been fine without any. Or- that's at least what he told himself.
