Morro is not a ghost. He is a 22 year old boy but is still looking for the tomb of the first spinjitzu master to prove he's useful and can be a hero. But now he has been looking in every place on Ninjago island, without any successes. Now he needs to look in other places. So when he heard about Chen's Island, he goes to it.
This is all in Morro's POV.
