Leah's story will not. 

Leah was taken from her family in 2002. HYDRA wanted another person to become their loyal assassin. Except Leah was only one year old. HYDRA didn't want an adult with a mind. They wanted to start from scratch. Build up the perfect assassin. Although they weren't expecting her to have powers. Although she was trained by the time she was brought to the HYDRA base she was pushed into the shadows by the Winter Soldier.
