Because of you

"Paano nga ba magkakaroon eh wala na nga?" Sabad ni Bambi.

"For example lang naman... what if..." Si Kittie.

"Paano nga mangyayari ang example na iyan eh nakalipas na nga?" Si Bambi na hindi binibigyan ng pagkakataon na makatapos si Kittie.

Macey looked at her trying to read her thoughts. Hindi siya makapagsalita. She's been quiet for a long time now while her friends are arguing about the issue.

"It's over. Wala ng connect okay? Kaya wag ka ng gumawa ng examples mo." Si Bambi na naman.

"Shut your mouth just for a minute!" Si Kittie na nawawalan na ng pasensya. "This is a real problem! Pwedeng wala na but this is a major issue for all of us!"

"It isn't a problem, Kittie." Si Macey na ang nagsalita.

Nanunuyo ang lalamunan niya. She needs a drink...a strong one.

"It is." Kittie insisted and they all turned to look at her.

"W-what?" Nagtatakang tanong niya.

"We all want an answer from you." Si Macey.

Lumunok siya at huminga ng malalim. Malakas ang loob niya. Apat na taon ang nakalipas at madami ng nangyari sa buhay niya. Yes, this is unexpected...well... he's always unpredicted. Pero it doesn't mean that it will ruin her. She's stronger and fiercer. She's made a name for herself and nothing or no one could bring her down. The issue isn't a problem. She'll just be like her everyday self. Everything's fine.

"The issue is..."

Her mouth froze when the door suddenly opened.

"Hi Ladies. It's so disappointing that I didn't get an invitation."

Nanlalaki ang mga mata niya. Pakiramdam niya ay pinagpapawisan ang buong katawan niya. She was suddenly suffocating. She needs to escape...she needs to be breathe or she might drown...again. Napahigpit ang hawak niya sa bar at pinilit kalmahin ang sarili.

No one dared to move. No one spoke. It was a silent moment. They didn't speak of the issue..because the issue itself is right in front of them.
