It tells the story of the Rowdyruff Boys and the Powerpuff Girls fighting each other until later fighting against their biggest threat. It's not a cosmic being with super-powers; it's not a super-strong guy; it's not a robot, and it's not a monster. But what could it be? Join their adventure as they find out what happens when crime goes underground...

Planning a way to torture the boys, the girls decide to tell the boys stories from their fairytale book. Will the boys survive the girls' sissy fairytale stories?
